Fodmap Easy Ltd reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions from time to time by updating the information and consumers are bound by any amendments/modifications
Terms of Sale
The contract between Fodmap Easy Ltd and the consumer becomes binding on despatch of the goods, for full payment. We at Fodmap Easy Ltd reserve the right to withdraw from the contract if the goods ordered are not in stock and a substitute offered is declined or there is an additional charge for delivery for example as a result of a remote location.
Acknowledgement of Order
Fodmap Easy Ltd will send you written notification as soon as possible to confirm receipt of your order. Processing your order, subject to availability and on receipt of full payment, the goods ordered will be despatched within 7-10 working days for credit/debit card payments.
If the goods ordered are not available you will be advised as soon as possible and a substitute will be offered. However the substitute will not be despatched without prior consent. The delivery charge for any goods despatched is not refundable.
Delivery charges are £2.99 for small parcels (0-2 kg, 45cmx35cmx16cm) and £4.99 for medium parcels (0-20kg, 61cmx46cmx46cm). There may be a variation in the charges related to remote locations or delivery outside the UK. In such circumstances we will contact you and agree the charges before despatching goods.
Cancellation and Refunds Policy
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations you have the right to cancel within 14 working days from the day after that on which you receive the goods. We will fully refund the cost of the goods ordered provided they are returned unopened and undamaged. The delivery charges for the return of the goods will not be refunded. Refund will be made within 14 working days from the day of receiving the written notification of cancellation and the return of the goods. The initial delivery charge which may have been paid for will not be refunded.
Acceptance of Goods
Delivery of goods must always be accepted and if there is damage this should be reported to the courier immediately and subsequently to the supplier, within 48 hours. Goods must be checked for damage immediately. All goods must be signed for.
Credit/debit card details are protected using industry standard encryption - see below for further detail. All the details of the order will be retained for accounting and auditing purposes and will not be given to 3rd parties for marketing purposes.
SECTION 1 - WHAT DO WE DO WITH YOUR INFORMATION?
When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address. When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system. Email marketing: When signing up to our mailing list you are giving consent to receive emails about our store, new products, promotional offers and other updates.
SECTION 2 - CONSENT
How do you get my consent?
When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, we ask your permission to collect that data when ticking the T&C's box at the point of purchase. If we ask for your personal information for a secondary reason, like marketing, we will ask you directly for your expressed consent for that specific reason, for example when registering to our mailing list you are giving consent to receive marketing material, ie promotional offers, new product information and other updates.
How do I withdraw my consent?
If after you opt-in, you change your mind, you may withdraw your consent for us to contact you, for the continued collection, use or disclosure of your information, at anytime, by contacting us at and we will dispose of your personal details securely.
SECTION 3 - DISCLOSURE
We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so or if you violate our Terms of Service.
SECTION 4 - Wix.com & Square Merchant Services
Our store is hosted on Wix.com. Our shopping cart is hosted by Square Merchant Services. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data is stored through Square Merchant Services, Wix.com data storage, databases and the general Wix.com. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Square Merchant Services stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted. Square Merchant Services adhere to the standards set by SSL Certification and PCI-DSS Creditation as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS creditation and SSL Certification requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers. SECTION 5 - THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
In general, the third-party providers used by us will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us. However, these third-party service providers, such as payment gateways and other payment transaction processors, have their own privacy policies in respect to the information we are required to provide to them for your purchase-related transactions. For these providers, we recommend that you read their privacy policies so you can understand the manner in which your personal information will be handled by these providers.
When you click on links on our store, they may direct you away from our site. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of other sites and encourage you to read their privacy statements.

If you provide credit card information, the information is encrypted by our payment platform provider - Square Merchant Service using secure socket layer technology (SSL) and stored with a AES-256 encryption.

By using this site, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or country of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or country of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.
